How does the licensing of EcoStruxure Control Expert work. Is it just a once off license or do I need to renew every year?

Additionally is support offered like a Customer First sub?

The Industrial Automation business unit is delivering many license types (Single, Team, Group) to the country organization but as a one-shot for a Control Expert major version. Then each country organization is managing its local sales and if any Control Expert subscription.

This is up to the country's policy to decide about delivering free-license to the customer-first sub.
