EcoStruxure Augmented Operator Advisor License

Hi,

I have problems with the Augmented Operator Advisor App. The first time that I installed the programs of AOA, all of them work very well. I activated our License on the License Manager and in the Builder and Runtime it appears active and expire in like +250 days. However, the app works while the trial license is active (during the first 42 days), when it expires, the app shows the error message: “ Required license Runtime Performance Level 1 version 2.0 is missing. Your license is No valid license found”. I have been returning the license, uninstalling and reinstalling the software in my computer, in a Virtual Machine and in another computer but occur the same.

Could you help me?

@ATroudart I'd recommend contacting your local Schneider Tech Support for this.

It's either going to be a product bug, in which case Tech Support would need to raise a ticket for it, or it's going to be a Licence issue in which case you'd need to discuss with Schneider Sales / Order Management in regards to getting an updated licence.

As this is a community forum, there will be limited capability (outside of Schneider employees that do participate in this forum) to get such a problem resolved.
