ESD triconex system Sequence of event file

hello,

I am new in this forum,I am using in the field where I work triconex ESD system,we use also Sequence of event excel file.recently we got a problem:the SOE excel file is created empty we can not get any event in the excel file .please can you help me to fix this problem and explain in detail how the SOE excel file is created.
