I have a question on the current status of Modbus/TCP security. Does Schneider support Modbus/TCP security now?
device firmware level
platform software level
I googled it and could not find any useful information (SIEMENS SIMATIC supports it) on this topic. I am wondering if it has been already abandoned by the market?
One goog justification is that customers simply move to OPC/UA or MQTT if they are serious on security.
