Good evening, I have an ATV630D18N4 and decided to update its firmware..
Original firmware is/was 2.5IE30B10, target is the latest version from Schneider 3.8IE42B05, I'm already using the latest version of Automation Device Maintenance and added the two certificates that are referred here:
https://www.se.com/ie/en/faqs/FAQ000256127/
I'm connected over Ethernet.
On the logs I get this:
What can I do, is it possible to have the original firmware files and try to flash them instead?
Best regards.

Hi I have forwarded per E-Mail an invintation to a onedrive link were you could find all FW Versions.
So far I see you need first to update to an earlier version then v3.8. But I´m not a specialist in this topic. Please contact your local Level 2 support. I would expect they could support you by this topic.

Thanks Bastian_Schmitz.
I will try an older version of the firmware, if I can't solve it I will contact my local Schneider support.
Best regards!

Hi Bastian ,
What can I do, is it possible to have the original firmware files and try to flash them instead? Could you send me the old FW versions also. Also how do I contact "Local Level 2 Support?" Thanks
