Tried to upgrade firmware on ATV630 to use EAE 23.1 . Now unable to do anything with the drive , it has an error " Firmware Update Pending: "Supply the power stage to complete" . This is in a staging area and there is NO 240V 3-phase power available. Customer witness test of comms and EAE pending soon. How can I back out or get around this issue? I have tried power cycling , and re-applying firmware ( fails) neither works ..
