ATV61HD18N4Z ''OHF'' faulth
ATV61HD18N4Z error "OHF" Good afternoon, I need your help regarding a ''OHF'' failure that appears on my VFD Drive.
The VFD stopped operating because of this alarm. The VFD fans were removed and checked with a 24 volt power supply and found to be working normally. VFD Unit was deep cleaned from dust in the same time. After restarting the unit, the fan control was working as it should, namely starting at 70% of the thermal load of the drive and stopping at 60%. After a few days, the same alarm appeared and the unit stopped again. After restarting, it started working normally again.
Where should I look for the problem. I think that the fan control stops operating at some point and the unit overheats. Was there a way to program them to work constantly?
