Hi I have a ATV320 drive on a small vibration motor. The drive says it ramps to 50hz when you give it a start but there is no output from the drive and the motor won't run.
We have checked the motor settings are correct but still nothing. Is this something anyone has encountered before as i feel like its just a setting im missing or that has been accidentally changed.
Failing that im assuming the drive may be faulty.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks Dave

Did the drive show anything on the display? Normally you should get an information if their is any kind of error. If the Hetzvalue in the display is flashing this could indicate that you are in the current limitation. In that case the drive lower the frequency. But in that case motor runs (slow) and make some noise. This is mostly a result of unmatching motor parameters.

Hi Bastian,
No errors. the screen changes from ready when enabled and ramps up to 50hz to indicate the drive is running but there is no output from the drive to the motor.

OK, in that case I would say it seems the drive is broke. If it is a topic regarding the parameters the behaivor look different. Is it a new drive?
