We have 4 ATS48 installed at a customer site all 4 controlled via Modbus. Two of them have now reverted to default communication timeouts resulting in a communication loss and the pumps not starting. Any idea how to prevent this setting from reverting?

Hello,
If I understand well, in two ATS48, the timeout "TLP" goes back to the default setting=5.0s instead of customer setting (value greater than 5.0s). This leads to have some commuincation loss with these 2 ATS48.
First, can you please if customer write CMI word. Indeed, if the bit 0 of CMI word ( W402) is set to 1. The ATS48 will perform a factory setting and TLP will come back to the default timeout value. But you will also loose all other parameters set by customer like IN, ILT, ACC,......
Then, if customer write cyclically on all ATS48, command word (for example each 100ms), he will not got commuincation loss even with timeout=5.0s ( factory timeout value).
So, if you use for example Schneider electric PLC, like M340, you can just program "Write_Var" block and write cyclically command word. So no ATS48 will trips in com loss fault.
