Hello, I have a task to implement 8 boilers cascade control based on operating hours with Schneider Modicon M172 PLC controller. And also for example if boilers 1-2-3-4 are on and heat demand drops, the first one which should turn off is Nr. 1 (because it was the first to turn on) and so on. I am programming with FBD language. Some information on how to start or even some kind of example would be greatly appreciated! Thank You in advance.

You could use for this request the integrated Fan4StageMgmt block. This block is also available as 8 stage version (Library attached). The block can handle run time optimization for 8 devices. The block was designed for fans but in my opinion it should also work in your case
I would suggest to try the block in simulation mode. In the integrated TVDAs you could also better see how the block interact with other blocks.
