A Failed to connect to the server using SSL error occurs when integrating IT Optimize (ITO) as an external system in ITA.
This error is usually caused by using an older version of ITO that does not support TLS 1.2. Older ITO releases use TLS 1.0 so return SSL errors when connecting to ITA.
ITO 7.5.6 and newer support TLS 1.2.
It is recommended that you use the latest versions of both ITO (v7.5.9) and ITA.

In IT Advisor, licenses are solely rack based. Only modeled rack equipment is counted as a used license. Racks in a store room are not counted as a used license.
Energy Efficiency was re-introduced in IT Advisor 9.3.2, for on-premises deployments only.
If you are dependent on specific features in Insight, we recommend that you stay on DCO version 8.3.
The Select Custom Properties feature in web-client allows you to add or remove custom properties.
Let's say I have a server (with predefined 'Property 1') and I would like to add another custom property (ex: 'Property 4')
Click Select Custom Properties.
Select the property you want to add (illustrated ex.: 'Property 4').
Click OK.
The new custom property is displayed in the asset's Custom Properties.
To remove existing custom properties (ex.: 'Property 1'):
Click Select Custom Properties.
Uncheck the property you want to remove (illustrated example 'Property 1').
Click OK.
