It seems the Booster Pump library was removed from the switch from ESME 1.2 to ESME 2.0. You could find these library in the online help from ESME 1.2 but not in the online Help from 2.0.
In ESME 2.0 I see not the possiblity to add the pumping library. But in 1.2 it is possible.
