Missing Status Bar - ESME-HVAC

My Status Bar (normally on the lower right) has disappeared for no apparent reason. I cannot seem to find a way to re-enable it. How do I re-enable the Status Bar?

I removed and reinstalled the software, this did not fix the problem. Any other thoughts?
