What does ChatGPT say about the most frequent questions asked by Schneider Electric users?

Originally published on Get started with the Community by chris_clerc | January 11, 2023 10:48 AM

Have you heard of chat GPT, the new techies hype?

ChatGPT is a generative model developed by OpenAI which is specifically designed for conversational AI such as chatbots. It can generate answers that sound like a human and can take into account the context of the conversation.

Like many, we were curious and so we asked ChatGPT what are the 10 most frequent questions that users of Schneider Electric products and services ask.

And here is what ChatGPT answered with its current knowledge:

  • How to troubleshoot and fix common errors in Schneider Electric software or hardware.
  • How to integrate Schneider Electric products with other systems or software.
  • How to properly configure and set up Schneider Electric products.
  • Tips and best practices for using Schneider Electric products.
  • How to update or upgrade Schneider Electric products.
  • How to create and use custom programs or scripts with Schneider Electric products.
  • How to optimize the performance of Schneider Electric products.
  • How to improve the security of Schneider Electric products.
  • How to access and use technical support resources for Schneider Electric products.
  • How to properly maintain and repair Schneider Electric products.

Note that this result could be expected, and that there is not one item that is mind-blowing here.

But guess what? This is exactly what the Schneider Electric Community is about: an online resource for Schneider Electric users dealing with questions or looking for ideas on how to improve the way they operate their products and systems.
