Is there a new video portraying all the capabilities(i.e the new ones) of community? It has been far more effective as a support channel, than the customer care forms and numbers, which frankly, have been incredibly painful
Also, kindly share if there are a few onboarding videos. We see multiple tabs and a vast homescreen, so many of them are unsure where exactly to start so that they can derive the max value in min time
Two comments: 1) Are there plans to refresh webinars section. We hardly see any new content, plus makes no sense to have so much obsolete content. Also the navigating capability inside needs a big improvement
2) The onboarding journies are not clearly defined...needs work. The principal value from communities is unclear to many of us

More detailed videos will be released in the upcoming weeks and months. Any feedback or suggestion of topics are welcome.
Regarding the Events & Webinars section, a navigation revamping is on-going and we will introduce live webinars as well. The new area will be released in Q4 2023.
Hello @Omaelk I have been following this topic, and three important queries:
1) Do we have a visibility reg the webinars-their organization within community and their navigability? The problem statement is that there are multiple webinars that Schneider hosts and its spread all across the digital domain, across multiple touchpoints that it is difficult to keep track, and view recordings of what we missed. Communty should be the place where they must be hosted. In an easily navigable format..personalised according to user profile. There are so many things that can be done, so wonder why we havent progressed since 2020(just stacking up old webinars) 🙂
2) What exactly is the use case of blogs and knowledge centre. Asking this because we already have a SE blog to my knowledge..so this is confusing your partners when you have similar topics split across 2 domains. Also a lot of knowledge centre content is on the personalised version of se.com(i.e when a partner logs in).
3) We are also finding a community with a similar look and feel in exchange.se.com. And many questions seem repeated there. It looks like people who want to ask queries and collaborate are going there, instead of being on this community..the original one
All the above could be creating conflicts in the mind of users..Its better to provide one pathway(preferably SE community) to address all the above, in a simple easily navigable manner
A request to please address the above
