The common causes of this error are:
1. Incorrect user credentials being entered. In this case, please double check the user name and password. Both the user name and password are case sensitive.
2. WebX is configured to connect to an invalid server. Please check whether the "_System_" shown on the "_System Log On_" page once WebX loads matches the system configured in "_Configure Connections_". If the systems are not the same, the correct system needs to be configured in WebX. To do that, please follow these steps:
