1. Incorrect user credentials being entered. In this case, please double check the user name and password. Both the user name and password are case sensitive.
2. WebX is configured to connect to an invalid server. Please check whether the "_System_" shown on the "_System Log On_" page once WebX loads matches the system configured in "_Configure Connections_". If the systems are not the same, the correct system needs to be configured in WebX. To do that, please follow these steps:
Launch "_ClearSCADA WebX & Mobile Configuration_", right-click on "_WebX Service Settings_" and select "_Update Settings_".
Change "_Server Name_" to match "_System Name_" from "_Configure Connections_". Note that "_Server Name_" is case sensitive.
Once the "_Server Name_" is changed to the correct system, navigate to the Services list and restart "_ClearSCADA Web and Mobile Settings Service_".
Restart your Internet browser and make sure the correct system is shown on the "_System Log On_" page.
