📖HomeBack History can be copied quite quickly from ClearSCADA into external programs such as Excel via the clipboard using simple copy and paste. One mechanism to extract this data from ClearSCADA is using the built-in Trend interface, as below:
First open a historic trend of the point.

Select "Copy" from the "Edit" menu or press Ctrl-C. This copies the point's historic data, from the displayed period, into the clipboard.

In a third party program like Microsoft Excel select Paste.

The point's historic data will be pasted from the clipboard, as below.

The above example demonstrates the result from copying data from a single point onto the clipboard, but it is also possible to extract data from multiple points simultaneously via a multi-trace trend. In this case, the data for all points will be copied, and when pasted into the third party application will include additional columns to contain the information.
It is also possible to extract data from within ClearSCADA via Historic Lists (accessible from the point's Object Pick Menu) in the same way.
