Your PAS800 is not a production sample. The FW available on se.com is not compatible with your Advanced Panel Server.
Please contact me to have a compatible v001.004.000.

We advise to replace R&D product by official commercial product asap.

For your information, Other limitation of an R&D product is the non-possibility to send e-mail.

If you have spare R&D devices laying around, can I borrow one? I'd like to make my integration compatible and would like to have a device to test against while waiting for the PAS400 to become available here.

I advise you to contact the Schneider Commercial team in your country to discuss with them if there is an alternative solution to provide you with a product.
