Have multiple queries about this device. Love to show our customers the Demo, but it is not functional. http://Comx510.myenergyserver.com

Hi Paul...thanks Randi.
The Google Chrome screen that you see on launch of the Com'X 510 page is due to a browser web certificate. In the Com'X 510, we make it available for each customer to add their own web certificate. For our Com'X 510 demo, we do not have a certificate installed.
Please see Chapter 4: Settings-->Security-->Certificates in the User Guide:
Further information on what this means:
"The site's security certificate is not trusted!" - Chrome Help
I hope this helps.
Thanks Paul.

Hi Paul,
When you say the demo is not functional, what do you mean? Are you not able to access the device from your network?
Sorry you're having issues. We would like to resolve them, ASAP.
Best Regards,
Randi

I've double checked spelling and launched in Internet explorer and Chrome. No luck.

Could you send me a screen cap? I just double checked and was able to connect from my cell phone using my connection at home. So, I'm definitely not on the =S= network.

Okay our security shows the link as a threat. I trusted you and continued on past the trusted site alarm.
I did connect. Thanks.
We are overly cautious with security.
Thanks for the help.
