Did you know that only one thing will require a reboot of the Com'X200 when changing the settings? It's especially important to be aware of this small thing as it can take several minutes for the box to be up and running upon startup.
The answer is changing the network configuration settings in the communication settings tab.
So if you can avoid to change it, you'll save some of you configuration time.
Final note: when GPRS only is selected, the ethernet ports are actually working (one is your DHCP server and the other one is set to DHCP client).
