Unusual Temp Logging ComX

Hi,

I'm having a unusual value been logged on 1 of the PT100 inputs on a ComX.

Example; input 1 (PT100) will log the exact same value as input 2 (PT100) randomly sometimes twice a day sometimes twice a week. Please see attached.

Has anyone else experienced the same problem?

What is the Com'X200 firmware version ?

What is the EOO customer ID, record ID in "issue"? I would like to check the data sent by Com'X200 to Energy Online server.
