Please check if PoE is powered on, while the power supply for the EGX is connected in parallel. If so, just disconnect the power supply of the EGX.

Except check PoE power supply, please check:
1) Was terminal resistance (120 ohm) connected correctly?
2) RS-485 shield ground should be one side connection instead of loop ground. It should be connected on one side, not connected on both sides.

Hi Amine,
Please check the answers from Alexander and Jun and assess if those are describing your PM800 connections situation or if they help.
Regards,
Adrian
