Dear Friends.
We have 10 monitoring facilities with COMX510 and measurement centers from IEM3250, PM3250, PM2230, PM8000 etc ...
We have configured to record the energy consumed every 15 minutes.
A few months ago, in 2 of the facilities (they are different facilities), the accumulated energy records of each measurement center and since the COMX510, are not incremental, large jumps are generated, both ascending and descending, so the graphics and The information makes no sense.
For example, in comx510 with 2 PM3250, with an accumulated energy value of 150,000kWh in 6 months, suddenly, randomly, it jumps from 150,000kWh to 756,300kWh and at hours or days, jumps to 65,500kWh. The jumps are in all the measurement centers simultaneously and without any sense. We suspected that it was a problem of comx510, but now it is happening to us in all other facilities and we do not understand the reason. The firmware installed is 6.0.4 Can someone please help us? We have problems with customers. Thank you.

We are testing and we have detected more problems.
Every day 1 of each month we export the csv files to prepare a report, we have re-downloaded the records of months that we had already processed and do not match, it is as if the databases are corrupt. It is happening to us in 11 comx510 installed in different years. We only have without problems of any kind the installations with EGX300.
Is there any option in comx510 to verify the internal database or how records are managed?
It is generating a serious problem.

What was the solution? We have a ComX510 firmware version 6.8.7 which is showing the same behaviour. Kindly assist. I've submitted a case: Schneider Electric Case # 109762900: Technical Support Request: ComX510 firmware version 6.8.7 logging errors for accumulated values from PM5560
