Powerlogic Tenant Billing

Hello all,

I could not find a specific group for the new Powerlogic Tenant Billing product being used with the EGX300, so I thought this would be the most likely place to post. I found an issue with the Export (.csv) feature of the Tenant Billing product. Is there a path of escalation for reporting bugs/errors/issues/etc. for this new product?

Thanks Jeff...I added a new category for now called Tenant Bill.  We may grow this into a sub-category later if needed.

Now engaged in looking for solution to use the Comx510, with a Billing module that our BDS (Mark Walters) said is available. I'm assuming this was developed by AZZO. We are interested in looking at this. Can you assist in providing a link to this billing module for the ComX?

Note that as of 8.0 this is all natively available in PME's standard billing module.

Let me know if this doesn't fully meet your needs as there are further updates coming in the next version of PME.

We have been using the ComX510 as it is now your EGX300 replacement. We understand Azzo has created a billing module for the ComX510 unit. For small tenant metering it may be an option-vs-Emon.

We are interested and looking for this actively now.
