why PAS800 Can not communicate with PM5350 Power meter ?

Hello,

It can communicate as soon as it is modbus. 2 options:

• Device is supported natively by PAS, you can detect it and/or use a predefined model. PM5350 is not in the list today
• Device is not natively supported by PAS, you need a custom model to be imported in the PAS. Custom model is generated by EPC W. I have found one in EPC W, I do not know if it is working can you test it ?

@Anonymous user We have had success by manually adding the device as a PM5110. It works as long as you do not try log or display measurements that are not supported by the PM5350.
For Example, if you try logging a harmonic that is not supported by the PM5350, the PM5350 will reply with an error.
This is not a nice solution, but it has work for the last few months for us.
