For your info, the new Panel Server firmware 002.003.000 is currently available on se.com web site as well as user guide, release notes (for what's new), modbus file, instruction sheet, catalogue, cybersecurity guide ....

To upgrade, you can retrieve this firmware on Panel Server web page (if your current PaS firmware is not too old):
OR on se.com (take care to choose the correct firmware according the hardware revision of you PaS and the model you have: PAS400, PAS600, PAS800...)
OR with next EPC application > or = v2.37.0

Dear Eric,
we are facing some issue on firmware update on PAS600.
We have several PAS600 with FW 002.002.001 and we are not able to upgrade to 002.003.000 since the the procedure says "Not compatible firmware"

Your hardware version is 2.0 and your are trying to upgrade with a HW v1.0 Firmware.
Please download the following file and upgrade your PAS600:
