Dear Community,
We're working over some integration projects with PAS600 and PAS800, when trying to connect PM2120 to both of them , the equipment appears as not recognized and does not show any information.
-Attached you'll find some images-
I've searched also the Release notes and there's information regarding PM2230, PM2130 but not about PM2120, is it on the backlog? Is there a way we can integrate them to the PAS600 or PAS800?
Thanks in advance.
BR, Katherine Enriquez.

hello @lahiruherath
Seems we have multiple models in EPC W, Can you try this one ? I did not check it, but looks ok.
You have to import it and manually add the device using the custom model
Kind Regards

Hello,
You are right ! I do not know the difference between PM2120 and PM2130 in term of modbus table, but you might try.
For devices without a a built in model, CWP can be used to create a dedicated model.
What will be your usage of PAS600/PAS800 ? Cloud connection ?

Hi Guillaume @Guillaume_Evrard ,
By any chance do you have a custom model for this meter type PM2120? It's shown as unknown in the Gateways.
Best,
Lahiru
