Hi everyone!
I'd like to ask you about a problem with a PAS800L and some PM5560 meters. There are 20 meters in the system but we can't see some parameters of 2 of them. It does not log these parameters neither. The both of them have a direct connection to the switch (no daisy chain).
Any idea of what causes this?
Thank you!

Hello @Veronika.Salinas ,
It seems that real time data are not available... did you check with a 3rd party modbus tool to verify that these values are at least available through Modbus ?
In your case, you have Total Active Power, but an issue reading Active Power per phase.
Does your PM5560 parameters are the same for all your meters ? Check these PM5000 are not set in 1PH wiring mode.
Did you check that device type you set in the Panel Server matchs the real device commercial ref ?
Regards,
