Hi,
some help is needed regarding PAS800 device, and may be some future FW improvements..
At site we use PAS800 and local export of CSV file for data.
1. after upgrading to FW 002.000.000 in exported csv file partly lost descriptions in "Measurement Name" column. Because of that not possible to find ''TotalDeliveredActiveEnergy'' for counters. After filter usage in Excel nol all data are seen because of impossibility correctly do filtering (we need only energy consumption info from received .csv file). Exported csv file in attach, there is possible to see just empty rows instead of measured values names.. With previous FW no such problems existed.
2. When entering into PAS800 device and going to "Monitoring and control" Name is not fully seen ( I use max - till 32 symbols for name - device serial, desc. etc, would be good to see full name. Not possible to extend name column to see it fully..
3. Would be good if I can change sequence of seen info - I need just name and next delivered energy (no label, device family, commodity, usage, zone..) is possible to hide these points?
BR, Alexander

Hello @Alexander_Remteks
For Point 1: "partly lost descriptions in "Measurement Name"
Would be great you contact your CCC support organisation with Panel Server logs AND the CSV extracted directly from PAS800 (without any processing).
For Other Points: Could this topic be helpfull for you?
This excel file that includes a macro will help you to display only the data you want to retrieve (so here for you TotalDeliveredActiveEnergy) for a selection of devices DIRECTLY from the CSV local data export file coming from your PAS800,
Regards
Eric

Hi, thank you for your answer. Unfortunately topic you provided (csv file converter v.23) not working with csv from my PAS800 module. For part1 - just today I will send info to local CCC for further investigation.

Hi @Alexander_Remteks
I have seen your support request
But the CSV you provide does not look to come from a PAS800.
If it s possible, I would like to test your CSV coming DIRECTLY from PAS800 so WITHOUT any processing, so the ORIGINAL FILE with the converter on my computer (to check if it comes from the converter or just from microsoft config or something else).
I suspect that some external processing is done on the original file that modify the file and which does not allow to use it with this very usefull converter.
you can find an example of original file of a PAS800 on the enclosed Screenshot.png
Would it be possible you publish it or address it to me by private chat or better give the remote operation access?
Thanks in advance
Regards
