Hi,
some help is needed regarding PAS800 device, and may be some future FW improvements..
At site we use PAS800 and local export of CSV file for data.
1. after upgrading to FW 002.000.000 in exported csv file partly lost descriptions in "Measurement Name" column. Because of that not possible to find ''TotalDeliveredActiveEnergy'' for counters. After filter usage in Excel nol all data are seen because of impossibility correctly do filtering (we need only energy consumption info from received .csv file). Exported csv file in attach, there is possible to see just empty rows instead of measured values names.. With previous FW no such problems existed.
2. When entering into PAS800 device and going to "Monitoring and control" Name is not fully seen ( I use max - till 32 symbols for name - device serial, desc. etc, would be good to see full name. Not possible to extend name column to see it fully..
3. Would be good if I can change sequence of seen info - I need just name and next delivered energy (no label, device family, commodity, usage, zone..) is possible to hide these points?
BR, Alexander

Hello @Alexander_Remteks
Investigation is in progress and Guillaume is right, it is certainly a bug.
We will continue discussion through your CCC Support request

Hello @Alexander_Remteks
For Point 1: "partly lost descriptions in "Measurement Name"
Would be great you contact your CCC support organisation with Panel Server logs AND the CSV extracted directly from PAS800 (without any processing).
For Other Points: Could this topic be helpfull for you?
This excel file that includes a macro will help you to display only the data you want to retrieve (so here for you TotalDeliveredActiveEnergy) for a selection of devices DIRECTLY from the CSV local data export file coming from your PAS800,
Regards
Eric

Hi, thank you for your answer. Unfortunately topic you provided (csv file converter v.23) not working with csv from my PAS800 module. For part1 - just today I will send info to local CCC for further investigation.

Hi @Alexander_Remteks
I have seen your support request
But the CSV you provide does not look to come from a PAS800. It seems to have been processed and so the "partly lost descriptions in "Measurement Name" may comes from this wrong additional external processing.
If it s possible, I would like to test your CSV coming DIRECTLY from PAS800 so WITHOUT any processing, so the ORIGINAL FILE with the converter on my computer (to check if it comes from the converter or just from microsoft config or something else).
I suspect that some external processing is done on the original file that modify the file and which does not allow to use it with this very usefull converter.
you can find an example of original file of a PAS800 on the enclosed Screenshot.png and you can see that your file is really different!!
Would it be possible you publish it or address it to me by private chat or better give the remote operation access to this PAS800?
Regarding the number of characters for product name, limited today at 32, an enhancement request has been addressed to marketing.
Thanks in advance
Regards

hello @Alexander_Remteks ,
Just for information what is the device connected to the PAS, is it using a custom model ?

Hi, directly to PAS800 is connected SE electrical meters over Modbus RTU. Also through MBus (Anybus converter) to ModBus IP is connected 4 water meters. Also I have 2 pcs PAS600 with SE electrical meters connected over ModBus RTU. In total PAS800 works with 64 electrical SE meters and 4 water counters. Firstly I sent to support already converted file (customer did transponse in Excel). Just right now I downloaded original one from PAS800. And there also seen that for some meters already missed Measurement's names..

Some additional info. My problem appears when I do local data export for all meters. In that case for some (for 15 pcs from 64 totally in my case) measurement's names are lost in csv file.
Just now I download the same time period data just for one meter, for which measurement's names is lost in big file. And for this one meter all measurement's names exists.. File in attach.
Also I provided direct access to device, info is sent over CCC. Now device's status is ''Connected""

Finally one more problem, not linked with meter's data. When PAS800 reads meter serial number - it not shows first 2 digits. May be this is model type numbers ( for some 10, 05, 04 etc.). Persons at site do nothing about models, and asking why so.. CCC promised open separate case.
As example - PAS800 shows serial: 24135174. On meter's board is written S/N: 1024135174. So 10 not is shown when PAS800 reads serial over Modbus RTU.. Strange a bit..

Hello @Alexander_Remteks
Thank you for the remote access, for sure it will help a lot!!
PaS is used to publish data to EEH cloud application.
But in the same time, it seems me that some devices, not part of the PaS configuration, receive modbus requests from modbus client: it that correct?
192.168.45.11 / 192.168.45.12 / 192.168.45.15 are the converters gateways used to convert translate Mbus to modbus?

Hi Eric, devices with IP 11 and 12 are PAS600. To them connected electrical SE counters over ModBis RTU. Device with IP 15 is MBus to ModBus IP converter. To it connected 4 water counters. All info fro these devices over LAN sends to PAS800, used device IP and virtual Modbus ID. For water counters I created driver for PAS800. I also checked, I see all info from them in PAS800

Hello,
We can see that all names after modbus:45 are missing when sorted in alphabetical order (ie 5,50,46....) seems to be a bug...

Hi, I need to add one more electrical meter to my system. But I cannot do sampling rate and alarm - for all counters they are inactive. Is this problem appears because I tried to use cloud? Now I switched off cloud connection and restart my pas800, but anyway I cant add data of my meter. Meter itself is connected over modbus RTU and shows status connected.. What can I do?
BR,
Alexander

hello @Alexander_Remteks
As your PAS is connected to cloud you can not control sampling/publishing, it is controlled by the Cloud using the "configuration request".
Before in order to start re-control the PAS when connected to cloud you had to factory reset the PAS, I remember to see the possibility to do it now without FR, but might be in 2.1 that should be released end of the month.
Kind Regards

Hi, thank you, my problems described above was solved with new FW installed - 002.001.000. Names of meters and metering value's names now fully seen, work wonderful!
Now question I still have - I tried to use cloud, but still have no demo license for tests. So I decided for now switch off cloud. Also I need add one more meter, but unfortunately sampling rates not possible to mark (inactive). So how to do FR - factory reset of PAS800? Will I loose data in device after that? I did not findhow to re-control devices from local in 002.001.000 FW.
How better now add new additional meter to my PAS800 device?
BR,
Alexander

Hello @Alexander_Remteks,
If I am not mistaken it would come in 2.2 to be relased in May,
Maybe export data and perform FR ?
Kind Regards
