Hi There,
I have a number of Link150's on a site, all located in different places but all connected to the site wide BMS VLAN. The devices were all in the same condittion when I visited them. See Picture attached - Status Light and Network were off. I could not ping or login to any of the devices.
When I disconnect the Gateway's from the Network and connect directly to the gateway device with my laptop after I recycle the power, the Gateway functions normally and does not shut down or disconnect. I was connected for 10-15 minutes with no issues. But , when I reconnect it to the network, the Gateways shut down after 2 minutes or so. see video attached in link below which show the sequence after Gateway is reconnected to the building netork.

Could anyone tell me what may be causing the gateways to shut down in this way??
