Issue in connecting to SFTP server in PAS600

I am trying to configure PAS600 to connect with SFTP server using Web browser , But getting error "Cannot connect to SFTP server or invalid target path". Need help regarding same?

Have you tried to test your connection using a sftp client ?

Not sure that Path should not start by \ and not / ?

Hi @Guillaume_Evrard ,

Yes i tried to test connection using winscp client and it is reachable, but not able to connect from panel server. Is there anything to do with Proxy setting or configuration setting required in laptop network connection, as i am connecting panel server to laptop through ethernet cable and configuring through panel server webpage.

Not sure to undertand, can you explain your issue with laptop ?

If your laptop is using a proxy to connect to internet or sftp server you need to configure the proxy in the PAS.

Are you sure regarding / vs \ ?

At least the path is not correct, it could not work.
Path: /Schneider , try ./Schneider
