Insight Home Settings?

Hi,

Trying to get Insight Home Setup info on my system.

I have a 6.6 KW system. My question is why it won't show more than 2.6 KW Solar input - ever! I am in Texas with very sunny days, directly facing south and it has never showed more than 2.6 KW input from my system.

System is: 20 of the 315 Watt Solar Panels. They are on 2 separate strings with 2 separate shut offs. They then go to a Schneider Connect MPPT Charger - 100 A 600V. From there they are interconnected to a Schneider XW Pro 6.8 KW 48VDC Inverter/Charger. I have 8 Rolls Deep Cycle Batteries - S-550 6V-445 AH

Both strings have almost identical inputs coming to the charger. 

Is there someone here that can look at my Insight Home settings??? I can do a Zoom meeting with a screen share and walk you thru what I have for the various settings. It just seems wrong in that no matter what - it stops at a maximum of 2.6 all day, every day.

I am grid tied and sell to the grid and supply my house also.

HI...I'm new here and a situation arose with my Schneider insight home. I woke up in the morning and the light that indicates that it is on in the insigth is amber and not green. I have tried to reset it factory but it stays the same...Can someone help me with this problem...thanks
