After a EPC upgrade; IFE LV434002 went into "IFEBOOT", what to do?

Normally in EPC you should see an option in FW update called "recover" or something like that, you have to try. If you have devices connected to the IFE over ULP, please disconnect them to reduce the load on IFE. Ensure to keep your laptop connected it can take up to 1 hour. Ensure you have the latest EPC on your laptop.
It will try the FW upgrade, do not trust the remaining time displayed you can stay at 2/3 for a while without progress. Do not close EPC until you get a message from EPC.
If at the end you are not able to recover the IFE, it needs to be replaced.
Would suggest to recah out to CCC and include the logs from EPC.

I am seeing the IFE as an "unsupported" device when trying to recover? Any information would be appreciated.
