IFE BOOT

Hi, I have an IFE stuck in BOOT mode. When I try to recover I can find the device, but it is listed as unsupported? Is there any further steps I could try. I have attached a screenshot as reference.

Hi John,

Select "daisy chain" topology in EPC, after try the fw update (it will take more time (>40min)).

if suggestion does not work , suggest you to get the EPC logs and contact CCC.

Hi John, this has happened to me several times, always solved with the "Service Interface". With this accessory you can update and restore it via the ULP port.
