I enabled Windows Time service on Windows 2012 R2 computer (192.168.0.29) and tried to synchronize Com'X 510 v4 system date/time (192.168.0.23) with the server SNTP service, but nothing happened.
How should I configure Com'X510, Windows Server 2012 R2 in order to have system date/time synchronization by the SNTP service, like in the case of external ca.pool.ntp.org?

Hi Colton Peltier,
We received an answer from Customer:
"I doubt that they will approve Windows Server 2016 on this network, from what I’m told Windows Server 2012 is the latest version that has been approved for use."
Is Windows server 2012 able to provide NTP to Com'X510?
Best Regards,
Bojan

Hey Bojan,
This configuration will not work, as there is an implementation problem from Microsoft. You can read the resolution of this issue tracker with Novell: https://www.novell.com/support/kb/doc.php?id=7015424
