GE PowerLeader Modbus Concentrator

A customer is interested in upgrading an existing power monitoring system to PME.  They have a number of switchboards with devices called GE PowerLeader Modbus Concentrators (see attached picture).  This device converts from GE breaker trip unit proprietary protocol, to Modbus serial.  Has anyone had experience interfacing with this device?  Thanks, Mark Kozlowski, Schneider Power Solutions.
