Firmware upgrade Com'X510

Hello,

A customer want's to upgrade his Com'X current version 1.0.14 to the version 3.0.7. But without succes.

I have noticed in version 3.5 they tell to first upgrade to version 2.1 before to upgrade to 3.5, does this apply also to version 3.0.7

And is there a place wher we can download the old firmware versions, on shoppingKiosk i can only find 3.0.7 and 3.5

Hello Koen,

Version 2.1 of the firmware should be installed prior to installation of version 3.5 as well. Here is a link to version 2.1:
