Hi Josef,
Is maybe passive ftp the only supported transport by the FTP server? Check with the IT and if yes, then add the check mark on your device log export page in EGX300.
Check with IT, maybe you have access to a specific directory only. In this case you have to add it in EGX300 settings.
Test the FTP server also with an FTP Client on your computer, while your computer is connected to the same subnet as the EGX300.
Check your computer's firewall to allow outgoing ports 20 and 21.
Check also antivirus software to be sure it's not blocking those ports.
Create a Technical Support case (email to AdvancedTechSupport.IN@schneider-electric.com) and send them the screenshots from your EGX300 Diagnostics>Statistics and Setup>Device Log Export screens.
