Hello!
I have a Com'X 210 with the latest firmware version and a BCPM A on its network. I need to export the BCPM readings by publishing to a csv file and import to the database via ETL, so I can monitor the readings in Power Monitoring Expert 8.2.
But, unlike EGX 300, Com'X doesn't have its own data extraction task in ETL 4.7.
I tried using the EGX task but the TCP/IP address data in the exported file is missing.
This causes an error in ETL.
Can you tell me how I can get the IP address of Com'X to appear in the exported csv file?
Thanks a lot!

Hi Leandro,
Can you send a screenshot or txt file of the customer.log and error.log files? They can be both be found in the Log file in your ETL installation directory.
Set “Compression activated” to Yes and see if that helps.
Try it with the following tool - https://community.se.com/message/116102?commentID=116102#comment-116102 - it’s a bit more user friendly than ETL and specifically geared for ETL jobs for Com’Xs/ EGXs.
The EGX extract task is exactly the same as the Com’X extract task.
Not sure why your CSV is not showing the IP address though. Please also send a screenshot of your “Network Settings” in your Com’X.
Kind regards.

Hello Brahm!
Even when I set "Compression activated", the same error continues.
Error.log:
In the custumer, doesn't appear about this problem.
Network Settings:
Note that without the IP address, I can't seem to get the "source Mappings":
It was at this point that I noticed the problem and saw that the IP doesn't come along with the file. When I manually enter the IP address, the ETL works perfectly.

Hi Leandro,
See screenshot from the Com’X manual:
What is your network configuration in your Com’X?
See screenshot below of a working configuration:
Hope this helps!
