Hi
A customer has a ComX510, where he use SMTP to publish a csv file every day. The ComX510 has not publish any data for three month, because of a incorrect SMTP setup.
Now when the SMTP is back online, it is publishing all the old data from the beginning. Because of the size limit, it only publish data for two days at a time.
Question:
Is there any way to erase/delete or clear the old log???
I'd rather avoid doing a manual publish 34 times, to get it up to date..
regards

Hi,
Try extending your publication interval to weekly or monthly. This will increase the volume of logs published by the comx to catch the user up. Then after complete you can set it back to your preferred interval.
Best,
Colton

Hi Colton,
Is there a way to purge the log without the factory reset? Something similar to EGX300 Purge Log button?
My colleague Adan Herrera has opened [Case ID: 47394736] in regards to it.
Best regards,
Bojan

Hi Bojan,
The only way currently to delete a device's logs is to delete that device and re-add it. We don't yet have a purge logs button.
Best,
Colton
