EGX300 session device capabilities

Hi

Customer would like to know if EGX300 capable of handling 32pcs PM3255 polling KWh and DI status with 1 minute interval.

Any way to evaluate a suitable design?

Hi,

The EGX300 FW supports (5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 60) minutes logging intervals. Therefore, there is no 1-minute logging interval supported.

For the 5 minutes logging interval, the EGX300 is capable of handling 32 PM3255 devices polling one topic (KWh). I hope that is helpful. Let me know if you have any questions.

Hi Machael, is there any issues with 1 minute logging . I  can see the 1 minutes is commented in selection. If restore and reload firmware then tested  some logging with 1 minute interval.

Hi Shrikant,

The 1 minute logging interval is not supported and not tested for the EGX300 (That is why it's commented) and using it might cause communication issues.
