EGX300 FTP address

Hi,

Our customer would like to redirect the EGX300 to their DYNDNS server rather than cloud FTP. The EGX300 only has a IP address in the FTP location, not a name address.

Is this possible? Is there a way to achieve this?

Hi Edward.

Unfortunately, the EGX300 only utilizes an IP address for the FTP export, not DNS.

This feature is available in the publication settings of the Com'X 510 (substitute for EGX300).
