EGX100/300 RS232 configuration kit

Dear All,

We have an 3rd party device which support modbus RTU should be connected to our egx and our system in a project. But the device only a RS232 DB9 interface. I check the EGX install manual and find the following description:

"An RJ45 to DB9 adapter is included in the TCSEAK0100 configuration kit (sold separately) for use with an Ethernet crossover cable."

So we should have the kit to help to connect the device to our EGX. Unfortunately, I cannot find the material in our SAP. I guess that it maybe halt production. So any other substitute in SE?

Until you will receive the negative answer, here is a more practical approach.

You should get the TCSEAK0100 pinout from Technical Support and build a cable by yourself.

It is subject of Internal Resolution, so I cannot afford to publish it here.
