Technical support is working with me on this. The reason appears to be that the EGX 300 did except the firmware bin file but will not let us ftp the disk image file. I suspect that its memory is corrupt and full preventing the file upload.

FACTORY RESTORE?
Can anyone tell me how to "clean" the thing or get its memory back to a factory setting so we can get the logging working?
