Hi,
I'm currently setting up communication between CitectSCADA and Deep Sea DSE 7320 via EGX 150. When I tried to read one register using EGX web page: it returned "Gateway Target Device Failed to Respond"
(Further explanation from Modbus.org: Specialized use in conjunction with gateways, indicates that no response was obtained from the target device. Usually means that the device is not present on the network)
I tried to read the DSE7320 directly in Modbus RTU format using Modscan32 and TSXCUSB485, it worked fine.
The EGX 150 was also working fine as I read PM5350 registers without problem.
Does anyone have a clue what might be the cause of the exception response? How to solve this?

Please check this as follows
Enter to Settings > Communication > TCP/IP Filtering >
Enable the filtering...
And make sure that exception is present
for example if your scada server has 192.168.18.155 then the ipfiltering range must be 192.168.18.*** (writing * means all addresses from 0 to 255)
