Requirement:
Need to establish wireless communication between 2 buildings situated 50m apart. One building has the Energy meters connected to the panel server(PAS800L) and the other building has the computer.
No other external network available. No wired communication is allowed.
Solution :
Energy meters(Wired) -> Panel Server -> Connecting the panel server with nanostation loco m5 -> wireless communication -> nanostation loco m5(Access point) -> Computer
Questions :
1) is this solution feasible?
2)If not, suggest a feasible solution
Thanks in Advance

Hello @geethma.r
Do you mean that "nanostation loco m5(Access point)" provide a the same wifi network toPAS800L and Computer?
In that case, You can equiped your PAS800L with an external antenna (Commercial reference: PASA_ANT1) to connect to the Wifi network provided by your access point. As the computer will be also the the same wifi network, the computer will be able to connect to PAS800. Only a "real" test can validate or not this possibility you check in Wifi signal from your access point is strong enough and that you don't have to many interference.
If the goal is to perform energy monitoring of your meters, you can consider also the EcoStruxure™ Energy Hub (cloud solution) so that you can access your data whatever the location with a computer or smartphone.
Regards,
Eric
