Hi everyone,
I'm not sure if I am missing something but it appears to me we have removed a feature in firmware 3.6.3 of the ComX510.
Previously if you had a Smartlink channel configured in the Com'X510 as a custom contactor you could view the Hours Run and the Status of the input in the device's Measurements Table under the Device Settings tab, it is now missing in 3.6.3.
I've attached a PDF detailing my testing process to reaffirm that it is an issue should you require more information.
However, I have seen this in multiple Com'X510's (8 units) as I create a custom contactor for an exercise as part of customer training we deliver here in Australia.
Just in case it was a glitch/bug I have factory defaulted the units and reprogrammed the units in each customer training course, the same result every time.
Can anyone shed light on this? Am I doing something wrong in the new firmware?
Thanks in advance.
Regards, Scott

Hi Scott,
This is a bug that we have found and corrected in our upcoming release (4.0). We're sorry for any inconvenience this has caused for you. If you would like we can work through tech support to downgrade your firmware to a version where this bug does not exist.
Best Regards,
Colton

Hi Colton,
I found another Problem with the custom library:
When I try to create a custom model which is based on a Schneider model, then I can see all frames. But when I like to edit a Frame, then all of them are empty, what means, that one has to recreate all the Modbus frames. I found the same problem on FW3.6.3 and on FW 3.5.24. Is this a known problem which will be corrected in the next release or did I misunderstand something?
Here a printscreen when I try to create a custom model based on a PM5110 for the Registers 3000 (Starting address 2999) and up:

Hi Daniel,
The reason you are seeing this is because while the ComX supports Modbus FC43 scattered reads, we don't currently allow users to define or edit scattered read frames in the custom library.
Best,
Colton
