Hello everyone,
When trying to connect to a Com'x 510 with my laptop for the first time, I plug the ethernet cable into both devices and the gateway appears on my computer network devices. But when I try to access it either through the IP in the browser or through the network devices, it can't connect.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
Best regards,
Pablo.

I have also experienced this today. Brand new out of the box. Customer cannot open com X 510 log on screen. The Com X icon is displaying under network tab, but we get a cannot connect error every time. have tried;
1. Rebooting laptop and com x
2. Changing Ethernet lead
3. Tried eth ports 1 and 2
4. Upgraded firmware to 3.6.3
5. using IPv4 connection
Please can anyone assist as I need to get this working by tomorrow.

Just solved issue.
Factory reset (Push 2 front buttons and hold 10 seconds while powering on).
Now logs on via IPV6
