Hello,
I have been troublehsooting a ComX 510 that suddenly stopped displaying (and exporting) logged data. As you can see below this stopped suddently on the 29/08.
A remote power cycle did not resolve the issue.
Devices are still set to log and no changes were made to cause the device to stop logging:
Periodic publication also stopped working some time ago.
Attached is the diagnostic logs.

Is this the diagnostic log from your cloud application ? Or from the Com'X ?
Com'X log are normally encrypted and must be investigated by tech support Expert.
Please try at least to upgrade your Com'X to the last version (v6.8.7 year 2022) because your current application is very old (v3.0.7 year 2016).
