Hi my friends:
I have a customer that have a ComX210 (FW:2.2.1), and it connected serially to few EM3550 meters, we found the reading on the webpage for EM3550 has wrong value for Active Energy. It seems the default device type included in Comx210 only read one register of the Active Energy of EM3550, which uses two registers (01 and 02) for Active Energy reading. I think this can be fixed by a firmware upgrade (I am assuming this bug is a known bug). Can you advise me if this bug is fixed with newer firmware? I do have a 3.5.24 FW, but not sure if I shall use this one.
Thanks,
Rongjun Yao

Hi Rongjun,
I hope you are doing well. Thank you for reporting this issue. I'm asking a test engineer locally to verify this bug and I will get back to you with a response ASAP.
Best,

Hello Colton Peltier,
Any word on this? Ideally looking for a version of firmware that can support FIO.
Thank you,
Charles
